Focus on flavour

When the meal is part of your experience
For us, food is more than just meals – it's part of your experience. We love good flavours, seasonal ingredients and personal hospitality.
Our food is made with love – and a good dose of professional pride. We have passionate chefs and skilled food artisans who roll up their sleeves and create new, creative taste experiences – with a sure sense of taste, balance and aesthetics.
We believe in good taste and combine it with responsibility. That is why we prefer to use seasonal and local ingredients whenever possible. We have been awarded the Organic Food Label in bronze, which means that between 30 and 60% of our food and beverage purchases are organic.
As a guest, you are our focus. And whether you are enjoying a three-course menu with selected wines or need a quick meal, we strive every day to give you a perfect experience with us.
From eggs to smoothies – everything for your morning

A quick bite or a leisurely morning with an extra cup of coffee? At Comwell, our breakfast buffet has just what you need!
Every day, all our hotels offer a breakfast buffet with carefully selected ingredients and homemade favourites. You can enjoy organic eggs, cheese and bread. Fresh seasonal fruit. Homemade jam, smoothies or morning shots to give your body the best start to the day.
We prioritise good taste and have even helped develop our own brunch sausage. We serve scrambled eggs and hot dishes in portions because it provides a better taste experience, is more hygienic and helps us reduce food waste.
Green because it tastes good

There are many reasons to eat more greens – and in our opinion, taste is the best reason. We have created our own Green Chef training programme, where chefs and kitchen staff eagerly explore and experiment with everything from lentils and legumes to green proteins and colourful flavour combinations. This results in more plant-based dishes on the lunch buffet and menu – with a focus on taste, variety and satiety.
When we use more green ingredients in our kitchens, it's not just good for the taste – it also makes a difference to the environment. And that matters – both to us and to many of our guests. Back in 2016, we adopted a sustainability strategy for our food universe, and since then we have only become more ambitious. By 2030, our goal is to reduce food waste to 15% and increase the plant percentage to 55%.
We take care of your needs

At Comwell, all taste buds are welcome. We make every effort to accommodate guests with special preferences or needs – whether related to lifestyle, beliefs or allergies.
The breakfast buffet always includes gluten-free and lactose-free options, and we offer vegetarian options for both lunch and dinner.
If you or your guests have specific dietary requirements, we would appreciate knowing in advance. This allows us to prepare and ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable dining experience with us.
Carefully selected

Morning coffee, meeting coffee, evening coffee. With us, coffee is always ready for you. At all our hotels, we serve coffee that is both organic and Fairtrade certified. And of course, it's entirely up to you how you enjoy it – with milk, plant-based milk, sugar or completely black.
Our tea is selected with the same care: organic, Fairtrade and with a focus on taste and quality in the cup.
Responsible choices – from thought to plate

At Comwell, we work purposefully with responsibility – not as isolated initiatives, but as an integral part of everyday life in our kitchens.
It is about choosing high-quality local ingredients, making use of the many opportunities offered by the seasons and reducing food waste. It is about cherishing the resources we have – from choosing seasonal ingredients to reusing leftovers.
Our partnerships are an important part of this effort. In collaboration with local and small-scale producers, we develop new products with excellent flavour. And when we work with our suppliers to improve quality and choose documented, responsible solutions, we can create dining experiences that taste good and reduce our footprint.
