Comwell Middelfart is a specialised meeting and conference hotel, and our facilities can accommodate events with up to 370 participants. We can adapt our rooms so they create the right setting and atmosphere for both small meetings, as well as conferences, congresses, fairs and more.
We have plenty of lovely green areas nearby that can be used for activities during the meeting day, where you have the opportunity to challenge each other and the team in a range of different, fun, and exciting activities. Additionally, we can help find a variety of indoor activities that you can offer your participants in the evening.

We have 13 flexible meeting and conference rooms, 9 bright group rooms, a conference hall with space for up to 370 guests, and a large hall suited for exhibitions.

Our rooms are fully equipped with the latest IT and AV equipment and we have excellent AV Technicians ready to help.

We offer different team-building exercises and professional input, both outside and inside such as segways and bridgewalking

Comwell has simple, advantageous, and flexible cancellation terms. Cancellation must always be made in writing to the hotel. Cancellation refers to total cancellation, reduction, shortening, relocation, as well as similar significant changes about the confirmation. We would like to inform you that for larger meetings and conferences with a total turnover of more than DKK 200,000, special cancellation terms apply. These are agreed upon on a case-by-case basis and will appear in the confirmation. It will always be the terms of the individual confirmation that apply.
