Cancellation policy for events

Tickets for events and arrangements purchased via comwell.com or directly from Comwell are binding and non-refundable.

There is no right of withdrawal for the purchase of tickets for events or other leisure activities that take place on a specific date or within a specified period.

If an event is cancelled, the full ticket price will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be made within a reasonable time after the cancellation.

Comwell reserves the right to make minor changes to the program, content, timing or participants without entitling the guest to a refund, provided that the overall nature of the event is not materially altered.
