Our Head Chef Mikkel Espensen, who has a wealth of experience in the wonderful pantry of the sea, is once again putting together a wonderful seafood buffet.
The focus will be on both the classics that we all know, but certainly also the innovative with flavorful surprises.
You can expect oysters, mussels, crab claws, prawns, langoustines, Danish squid, sashimi, sushi, the season's most delicious fish and much, much more!
It is possible to purchase a coordinated wine menu or drinks from the drinks menu on the day.
