How does a Comwell gift card work?
A gift card for a hotel stay at Comwell is a gift you can use to treat someone you care about. The recipient can use the gift card for anything from a wonderful stay in Denmark to a cozy dinner in one of our many restaurants.
How long is a hotel gift card valid?
A gift card for a stay gives access to one night's accommodation with a delicious breakfast buffet at a Comwell hotel of your choice. The stay can be redeemed on weekends, public holidays, and school vacations. The gift card is valid for two years after issue.
A gift card for an amount of your choice can be used to pay for weekend stays, restaurant visits, spa treatments, or other experiences at our hotels. The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
How to use your gift card
When booking your stay, first fill in your contact details and select your payment method. Before completing the payment, you can add your gift card. Enter the gift card number, and the amount will automatically be deducted from your booking.
With the gift card, you can look forward to an experience at Comwell – whether you dream of a mini-break with good food, a wellness stay, or just time to relax in peaceful surroundings.
Nice to know about Comwell gift card
The gift card provides access to one night's accommodation with breakfast and can be used at any Comwell hotel. There are a limited number of rooms, and certain days and hotels may therefore be sold out.
The stay includes accommodation in a standard room. It is not possible to upgrade to other room types when purchasing the gift card.
The stay can only be booked online at comwell.com/brug-gavekort with the gift card number and at least 7 days before the stay itself.
The gift card is valid during the following periods: All weekends (arrival Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), week 7, Easter, Pentecost, Ascension Day, during the summer period from June 20 to August 15, and in week 42. Gift cards can only be used for private stays.

We will not replace the gift card if it is damaged, lost, or stolen
The gift card is valid for 24 months from the date of issue
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, during which the gift card can be refunded
The gift card is valid for 3 years after issue

Only one gift card can be used as full or partial payment for a private party/event
Gift cards can only be used for private stays, dinners, or parties/events
The gift card can be used for prepaid stays - but not for stays/events sold with prepayment by a third party. The stay must be booked on the website, where you can enter the gift card number before payment.
We do not replace the gift card if it is damaged, lost, or stolen
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, during which the gift card can be refunded
You can extend a Comwell gift card for an additional year for a fee of DKK 200. (Does not apply to gift cards from GaveFabrikken, Go Dream, or Smartbox). Fill out the form below and remember to include your gift card number, name, and address. The fee will be deducted from the value of the gift card

Forget about long queues and delayed parcel deliveries. A gift card for Comwell can be purchased here and now, and it only takes a minute to order.
As soon as the payment has gone through, you will receive the gift card by email. You can now print it out and write the recipient's name on the gift card. Of course, we have made sure that the gift card has an attractive design.

When you want to use a gift card from GaveFabrikken, you must book your stay at Gavefabrikken.
If you are unsure which gift card you have, you can always check the back of the cover.
Gift cards from GaveFabrikken cannot be combined with other offers and/or discount schemes.
It is not possible to extend experience gift cards from GaveFabrikken.
