The Comwell app is with you every step of the way – from the moment you book your stay until you're back home. Whether you want to make your arrival easier, order a little extra during your stay or find your receipt afterwards, everything you need is right at your fingertips.

If you can't find your booking in the app, you're always welcome to contact the hotel reception. You can also contact our Central Reservations team on +45 70 274 274, and we'll be happy to help.
Once you've checked in using the app, you can share your stay with your travel companion by tapping the + icon. Choose whether to share it via text message, email or other.
Your travel companion will receive a link to download the Comwell app and create a profile.
If the booking doesn't appear automatically in the app, try opening the link again.
Your receipt will automatically be sent to the email address you provided when making your booking. Please note that it may take a few hours after you check out before it arrives in your inbox.
