Everything you need to know about the Comwell app
If you already have an account on comwell.com, you can use the same login details to sign in to the app.
If you don't have an account yet, you can easily create one by following the on-screen instructions.
If you can't find your booking in the app, you're always welcome to contact the hotel reception. You can also contact our Central Reservations team on +45 70 274 274, and we'll be happy to help.
First, complete your details in the app. When check-in becomes available, a Check in button will appear in the app.
On the day of departure, a Check out button will appear in the app when it's time to check out.
Please note that check-in and check-out in the app depend on the hotel's check-in and check-out times, as well as your booking type.
Once you've checked in using the app, you can share your stay with your travel companion by tapping the + icon. Choose whether to share the invitation via text message, email or other.
Your travel companion will receive a link to download the Comwell app and create a profile.
If the booking doesn't appear automatically in the app, try opening the link again.
The Digital Key is only available in the Comwell app and requires Bluetooth to be enabled.
Tap "Unlock Room" and follow the on-screen instructions to unlock your room door.

Your receipt will automatically be sent to the email address you provided when making your booking. It may take a few hours after you check out before it arrives in your inbox.
Yes. Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner of the app to open your profile, where you can view your points balance.
Please note that earned stamps are not yet available in the app.
