Create your own personalised aromatic oil
Next, you’ll blend your own aromatic oil using selected essential oils. We’ll guide you through the effects of the scents and help you find the combination that suits your needs – whether you’re seeking calm, energy or inner balance. You’ll take your personalised oil home with you.

Introduction to Gua Sha
We use gentle Gua Sha on the face to stimulate blood circulation, release tension and support the body’s natural cleansing processes. You’ll learn simple techniques that you can easily use at home.

We use your own aromatic oil to give you a holistic experience where scent, touch and presence go hand in hand.

Finishing with coffee and cake
We round off the workshop at a leisurely pace with coffee, tea and cake – a cosy moment to unwind and enjoy the feeling of well-being.
