In the kitchen, our chefs work with seasonal ingredients and classic Christmas flavors—combined with modern techniques and solid craftsmanship. We organize our purchasing and production with a focus on making the best possible use of the ingredients. This includes using seasonal ingredients and continuously adapting the menu based on availability. Where it makes sense, we choose ingredients from local or Danish suppliers, and we prioritize transparency in what we serve. At the same time, we actively work to reduce food waste through planning, using ingredients across dishes, and a conscious approach to portion sizes.
As part of Comwell’s Green Chef training program, our chefs are constantly developing new dishes and techniques—including ways to incorporate more vegetables and plant-based ingredients. We do this while respecting Danish Christmas traditions, so you still get the Christmas lunch you expect—just with a more conscious approach. This includes the buffet as well as unlimited beer, water, and wine. If you’d like a private room, the price is 898 DKK per person. A wider selection of drinks can be purchased separately.
Our banquet facilities at Comwell Aalborg can accommodate both small and large events. We offer flexible spaces that can be adapted for everything from small groups to larger parties. Our largest room can accommodate 370 people.
In front of the hotel, there is a parking lot managed by Q-Park. It costs 14 DKK per hour or part thereof and 110 DKK per day. You can pay with Easy Park, at a payment machine, or via a QR code. Overnight guests can also pay at the front desk. Your license plate is scanned upon entry and exit, and if you haven’t paid, you will subsequently receive a parking ticket.
