In the kitchen, our chefs work with seasonal ingredients and classic Christmas flavors—combined with modern techniques and solid craftsmanship. The menu features both familiar favorites and new twists that give the Christmas table its unique character.
We organize our purchasing and production with a focus on making the best possible use of the ingredients. This includes using seasonal ingredients and continuously adapting the menu based on availability. Where it makes sense, we choose ingredients from local or Danish suppliers, and we prioritize transparency in what we serve. At the same time, we actively work to reduce food waste through planning, using ingredients across dishes, and a conscious approach to portion sizes.
