Our event and party rooms are flexible and can be customised to accommodate small intimate events or large parties and events with up to 300 participants. Several of our venues have views of the Little Belt and the beautiful surrounding nature.

The 3 steps
In time for the party
We would like to welcome you to the hotel and invite you to a tour of our event rooms. Once you have decided on the room and date, we will send you a room confirmation showing which room you have booked and an estimated overview of the event. You pay a deposit of DKK 3,000, which we deduct from the final invoice.
Closer to the party
Once the room confirmation is in place, you can review our menu and wines. Then we can go through the final details together about 6-8 weeks before your event. For the catering agreement, we will go through a number of points to ensure your party is perfect. We will go through timings, food, drinks, table layout, toastmaster, menu presentation, etc. After this conversation, we will send a party confirmation. Approximately 4 weeks before the party, half of the order must be paid as a deposit.
Very close to the party
Approximately 1 week before the party, we would like to ask for the final number of participants. It is also at this time that we would like to receive the seating plan and place cards. If you have booked rooms, we will need a list of names. Then you can just sit back and look forward to the party.

Throwing a party means a lot. Also financially. At Comwell, we give you complete peace of mind throughout the process, and you can already familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions so that you feel secure from start to finish. This applies to issues such as cancellation terms, payment and the need to reduce the number of guests.
