The menu consists of a starter of your choice, a main course buffet, and a dessert of your choice. See the options and what the buffet has to offer below.

Fried dumplings with smashed cucumber, goma cream and cabbage salad
Gammel Knas waffle with tomato salad, parsley root cream and slices of Serrano ham
Orzo salad with seasonal vegetables, salad cheese, herb pesto and roasted tomatoes
Classic broccoli salad with a creamy dressing, bacon, toasted seeds and red onion
