The menu consists of a starter of your choice, a main course buffet, and a dessert of your choice. See the options and what the buffet has to offer below.

Classic tartlets with chicken and asparagus, crisp salads with grandma's dressing and crispy chicken skin
Ceviche of cured salmon with seasonal greens, crispy corn flakes, lime mayonnaise and butter “mole”
Bresaola a la carpaccio with grated Grana Padano, semi-dried tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, roasted seeds, crispy chips, and salads
Orzosalat with seasonal greens, salad, herb pesto, and baked tomatoes
Classic broccoli salad with delicious dressing, bacon, roasted seeds, and red onion
Hot-smoked white fish with hand-peeled shrimp, rich sauce with lumpfish roe and herbs
New potatoes with butter and herbs
Marinated turkey thigh a la pad kra pow with steamed rice, toasted coconut, peanuts, and Thai basil
Pork neck in honey and lemon with satay sauce and fried vegetables
Whole roasted veal with creamy Madagascar pepper sauce
