For all packages applies:
No charge for children 0-2 years.
For parties of more than 20 people, children aged 2-12 years receive a 30% discount.
If you want a buffet, there will be a supplement of DKK 75 per envelope.

We are happy to help you find the right entertainment for your party, but you are also welcome to provide your own entertainment.

Final number of guests and rooms will be announced no later than 14 days before the party.

Only applies to parties under DKK 200,000
With the purchase of ‘Cancellation insurance’, the party can be cancelled or reduced free of charge up to 72 hours before the start of the party - for any reason. The insurance must be ordered and paid for when booking the party.
The premium is non-refundable - regardless of when the party is cancelled or reduced.
The cancellation insurance costs 6% of the total booking price.

Throwing a party means a lot. Also financially. At Comwell, we give you complete peace of mind throughout the process, and you can already orientate yourself in our terms and conditions so that you feel secure from start to finish. This applies to issues such as cancellation terms, payment and the need to reduce the number of guests.
