Sunday Spa Ritual at Comwell Borupgaard

Let Sunday be the most peaceful moment of the week. At our Sunday Spa Ritual, you’ll be guided through a sensory spa experience centered on well-being, mindfulness, and relaxation.

After a group welcome, you’ll be guided through two different spa experiences. Experience Forest Bathing in the Gransauna, where you’ll be invited into the tranquil world of the forest with Forest Therapy aromatherapy, a nourishing clay mask, and a guided meditation. The second activity you’ll experience is Nordic – Breathe & Relax, where a refreshing eucalyptus scrub in the steam sauna is followed by soothing breathing exercises in our gentle relaxation sauna. The combination of heat, steam, and eucalyptus helps open the airways and create a sense of lightness and renewed energy. At the end of the activities, you’ll have free access to the aquaspa for 2½ hours.

Healthy refreshments will be served throughout the experience.
