At Comwell, food is more than a meal—it's an experience created with care, craftsmanship and a passion for great taste. Our talented chefs work with seasonal ingredients and source locally whenever possible. For example, our organic meat comes from Grambogård on Funen, while our fresh fish is supplied by Strandby. We also hold the Danish Organic Cuisine Label in bronze, meaning that between 30% and 60% of our food and beverage purchases are certified organic.

Terms and General Cancellation Conditions

When you choose to celebrate your wedding at Comwell H.C. Andersen Odense, we want you to feel confident throughout the planning process. That's why we've brought together the key information about booking, payment and amendments, so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you make your reservation until your wedding day.

Our wedding package and other celebration packages are available for a minimum of 30 adult guests and include a private reception room, white linen tablecloths, white napkins and candles. Below, you'll find our cancellation and reduction terms, along with information about our policies for children and young people.

  • A deposit of DKK 3,000 is required to confirm your booking. The deposit will be deducted from your final prepayment invoice but is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

  • The remaining balance must be received no later than 14 days before the date of your event.

  • Please remember to include your name and reservation number when making payment.

  • Any cancellations or changes to your booking must always be submitted in writing.

  • If you need to change the number of guests or make other significant amendments to your booking, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible so we can help find the best possible solution.

  • Once the minimum requirement of 30 adult guests has been met, children aged 3–10 receive a 50% discount on the wedding package.

  • The discount does not apply to public holiday supplements or optional extras.

  • If you have young children attending or guests with dietary requirements or allergies, we'll be happy to accommodate their needs, provided we're informed before the event.
