The requirements for corporate environmental and social responsibility are constantly evolving. At Comwell, we therefore work systematically to implement specific initiatives and achieve specific goals in this area.
In 2023, Comwell Hotels announced its intention to set science-based reduction targets through the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). In 2026, our greenhouse gas emission reduction targets were validated by SBTi Services in accordance with the relevant SBTi criteria.
The validation applies to the reduction targets themselves. The work to achieve them involves concrete actions in our day-to-day operations across our hotels and in collaboration with our suppliers.
At the same time, we are working on diversity, equal opportunities, and employee development. Through initiatives such as our Trainee Academy and Green Chef training program, we offer employees the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally.

Comwell is affiliated with the Sunflower Program. Both guests and employees can pick up a sunflower lanyard at the front desk to indicate a need for extra time, patience, or assistance.
