By entering the competition organized by Comwell Aarhus a-s, you also agree to join Comwell Club and to receive marketing communications by email, SMS and digital channels from Comwell Hotels a-s with club news, inspiration and offers from our hotels.

To participate in the competition, you must sign up for Comwell Club and confirm your membership via email. Only confirmed members will be entered into the draw.

Follow the instructions on the sign where the competition is described.

Participants must be at least 18 years old. Only individuals residing in Denmark are eligible to participate.

Participation in the competition is not conditional on any purchase.

Winners will be drawn from among participants who have registered for Comwell Club in due time and confirmed their membership by email.

Comwell Aarhus a-s will contact the winner directly by email.
If Comwell Aarhus a-s cannot reach the winner within 24 hours, the prize will lapse and another winner may be drawn.

The prize is described on the sign displayed at the reception of Comwell Aarhus.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services. Any specific conditions attached to the prize (for example validity period, booking requirements or restrictions on selected hotels) will be stated in the individual prize description.

By participating in the competition, you consent to the registration and processing of your name, email address and telephone number, and to enrolment in Comwell Club, in order to administer the competition and send marketing from Comwell Hotels a-s.

You can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time via your profile page or the unsubscribe link in Comwell Club emails.

Comwell Aarhus a-s will ensure that any required tax on prizes with a value exceeding DKK 200 is paid.

Comwell Aarhus a-s accepts no responsibility for any typographical or technical errors in connection with the competition.
If fraud is suspected, Comwell Aarhus a-s reserves the right to investigate, exclude participants and cancel a prize if justified.

Employees of Comwell Aarhus a-s and their spouses/partners/children are not eligible to participate in the competition.

Comwell Aarhus a-s reserves the right to amend the terms and mechanics of the competition at any time.
