Here, your “I do” can be spoken under the open sky in the hotel’s large garden, while family and friends gather around you. For a more informal reception, there is room for lawn games on the grass or pétanque on the hotel’s own court, allowing the atmosphere to feel both personal and intimate.

Food is an important part of the wedding experience, and the menu is, of course, created according to your wishes. Based on seasonal ingredients, local produce whenever possible, and our food concept, the kitchen creates a wedding dinner with a focus on great flavour, variety, and satisfaction.
At Comwell, we hold the Danish Organic Cuisine Label in bronze, which means that 30–60% of our food and beverage purchases are organic. This is a natural part of the way we work with food – together with a love of ingredients and professional pride in the kitchen.

Planning a wedding often begins many months before the big day, so it's important to understand the practical arrangements before you book. Here you'll find information about deposits, payment, cancellations and changes to guest numbers, giving you peace of mind throughout the planning process—from your first meeting to your wedding day.
A deposit of DKK 3,000 is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
75% of the confirmed booking value must be paid no later than one month before your event. The remaining balance will be invoiced after the event has taken place.
Any cancellation or changes to your booking must always be submitted in writing.
Cancellations made more than three months before the event date are free of charge. The deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made between three and two months before the event will be charged 50% of the confirmed booking value.
Cancellations made between two and one month before the event will be charged 75% of the confirmed booking value.
Cancellations made less than one month before the event will be charged 100% of the confirmed booking value.
Your final guest numbers and any accommodation requirements must be confirmed no later than 30 days before the event. After this, you may reduce the confirmed number of guests by up to 5% without charge until 48 hours before the event.
Children aged 3–11 receive a 50% discount on the celebration package. The discount does not apply to optional extras.
A children's menu is available as an alternative to the selected celebration menu. It includes a choice of child-friendly main courses and dessert.
