When you choose Comwell Middelfart, you'll have a dedicated wedding planner to guide you throughout the planning process. We recommend getting in touch well in advance, after which we'll invite you for a tour of the hotel and a conversation about your plans and wishes.
Around six to eight weeks before your wedding, we'll meet again to finalise every detail, including the schedule, menu, wines, table layout, toastmaster and timeline. About a week before the celebration, we'll confirm the final number of guests, seating plan and any accommodation bookings, ensuring everything is in place for your special day.
When the last dance is over, your celebration doesn't have to end. With comfortable rooms under one roof, you and your guests can stay overnight and wake up to a relaxed morning overlooking the Little Belt.

Choosing our wedding package allows you to extend the celebration with an overnight stay at the hotel. The newlyweds receive a complimentary overnight stay, while your guests can also book accommodation, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy the evening without worrying about travelling home. The following morning, you can gather once more over our generous breakfast buffet before bringing your wedding celebrations to a close.
Planning a wedding is a significant commitment, both personally and financially. That's why we encourage you to review our terms and conditions from the outset, so you'll have a clear understanding of payment, cancellation and any changes to guest numbers before planning begins.

Approximately four weeks before the event, a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total booking value is payable.
The final number of guests must be confirmed approximately one week before the celebration.
Any changes or cancellations should be communicated as soon as possible.
Full cancellation and reduction terms are set out in your booking agreement.
Children under the age of 12 dine at half price when one of our celebration packages is booked.
We're happy to provide child-friendly menus by prior arrangement.
If a child has allergies or specific dietary requirements, we'll tailor the menu accordingly.
