Once the date is in place, the planning truly begins. We recommend that you contact us at least 4–6 months before the wedding, so there is plenty of time to create the day you dream of. You will be assigned a dedicated event coordinator who will guide you throughout the entire process and help with everything from the first ideas to the final details.
We invite you for a viewing, where you can experience the hotel’s many possibilities and talk through your wishes for the day. Later, we meet again for a planning meeting, where you will, among other things, meet the head chef, taste the house wines, and go through the menu, table setting, schedule, accommodation, allergies, and all the practical details.
