At Comwell Aarhus, you'll enjoy a three-course Christmas dinner rather than a traditional Christmas buffet. The starter is served sharing style and includes dishes such as beetroot-cured salmon and duck rillettes. The main course features dishes including pork ballotine, while chocolate mousse rounds off the meal.
If you prefer a traditional Christmas buffet, you'll find one at hotels including Comwell Hvide Hus Aalborg, Comwell Kolding and Comwell Kellers Park. Familiar festive favourites such as herring, fish, liver pâté, Danish sausage, pork or roast pork, duck and risalamande feature on the menus, with each kitchen adding its own touch.
In Aalborg, for example, the classics are complemented by more plant-rich dishes such as bean pâté and roasted root vegetables with chickpeas, while the menu in Kolding includes beetroot tartare.
