Food is, of course, an important part of the wedding experience. Our chefs work with seasonal and local ingredients whenever possible, with a focus on great flavour, variety, and satisfaction. We hold the Danish Organic Cuisine Label in bronze, which means that 30–60% of our food and beverage purchases are organic.

You can take inspiration from our celebration packages, which include, among other things, welcome bubbles, wedding dinner, an open bar, and late-night food. If you have any special requests, we will find the right solutions together – some at an additional cost – so that the menu, drinks, and overall setting suit your wedding in Rebild.

The next day, you can gather for a cosy breakfast in your own private room, while the food is collected from the restaurant. Here, you can open gifts, share memories from the celebration, and enjoy a calm ending to your wedding weekend.

When you plan your wedding with us, you will be assigned a dedicated point of contact who guides you through the process and helps keep everything together. We talk through your wishes, review the possibilities, and create a clear agreement so you know what will happen – and when.

Two to three months before the wedding, we sit down together with you, our head chef, and our pastry chef. Here, we go through the menu, wines, wedding cake, and the details that help create the right setting for the day. Our chefs are happy to contribute ideas, and you will receive guidance on flavour, service, and the visual presentation on the plate.

We also help with the choice of venue, table layout, table setting, and decorations. Yes, we have 151 comfortable rooms, so your guests can leave the car where it is and simply take the lift straight to bed after the bridal waltz. For an additional DKK 2,500, you can reserve a completely private breakfast room for your party the following day, where you can collect food from our generous breakfast buffet and sit undisturbed as newlyweds to open gifts, laugh over the memories, and properly thank everyone for the celebration.

Terms and General Cancellation Conditions

A wedding is a major occasion – financially as well. That is why we guide you safely through the entire process, and you can always familiarise yourselves with our terms regarding payment, cancellation, and any changes to the number of guests.

  • Cancellation of the event, as well as any changes to the number of participants, must always be made in writing.

  • The event can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 months before the event date. Please note that any prepayment will not be refunded.

  • If cancelled 3–2 months before the event date, 50% of the confirmed amount will be charged.

  • If cancelled 2–1 months before the event date, 75% of the confirmed amount will be charged.

  • If cancelled less than 1 month before the event date, 100% of the confirmed amount will be charged.

  • A reduction of up to 5% of the confirmed number of guests can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the event.

General cancellation terms

  • Children aged 0–2 participate free of charge.

  • Children aged 3–12 receive a 30% discount with a minimum of 20 paying adults.
