You will have a modern wedding venue in Nordhavn, where dinner, reception, and celebration can all be gathered in one place. The venues feature large windows, a terrace, and close proximity to the water, giving both intimate weddings and larger celebrations an urban setting with light, views, and space for a dance floor.

Our experienced chefs work with seasonal ingredients, fish, vegetables, and meat from suppliers including Grambogård. The menu can easily be tailored to your wishes, and our Restaurant Manager will be happy to help with wine selection if you would like to upgrade the wine package or find wines that pair especially well with the menu.

For the wedding celebration, you can also choose a mobile bar with beer and organic cocktails from Nohrlund, or a classic wedding bar with a cocktail waiter. A wedding cake can be added, and our kitchen will be happy to help create a dinner that suits both the atmosphere of the day, your guests, and the celebration on the venue’s dance floor.

Our three hidden green atrium courtyards act as wonderful oases in the middle of the city and are ideal for holding your official ceremony or a cosy afternoon reception under the open sky. If the Copenhagen weather proves unpredictable, we can immediately move the event indoors to one of our beautiful and bright alternatives, so you do not need to worry about sudden rain showers.

We offer flexible reception rooms for both intimate dinners and large-scale celebrations, with our largest event venue measuring a full 1,200 m² and accommodating up to 350 seated guests at long tables. We lay the tables with elegant tablecloths, napkins, and candles, while giving the visual expression a modern twist by serving your food on rustic stoneware and colourful plates that reflect the urban surroundings.

Our skilled chefs love working with the very best seasonal ingredients, fresh fish, vegetables, and quality meat from Grambogård, and you are free to choose whether the food should be served as a classic three-course menu or a more informal sharing buffet. We offer three different package solutions, with prices starting from DKK 1,045 per person for our 5-hour Portside package, which includes a welcome drink, a three-course menu or buffet, and free-flowing beer, soft drinks, and wine. If the celebration is to continue late into the night, our 8-hour plus package costs DKK 1,895 per person, and here we treat your guests to real champagne, snacks, an open bar with organic cocktails, kransekage, and a choice of late-night food such as hot dogs, soup, or a delicious cold cuts platter.

Yes, the logistics could hardly be easier in Copenhagen, as we have a large private underground car park directly beneath the hotel building, and the nearest metro stop is only a five-minute walk away. In addition, we have 484 rooms in different categories, so your friends and family can simply take the lift straight to bed when the celebration ends, and meet you as newlyweds over breakfast the following morning.

Terms and General Cancellation Conditions

A wedding is a major occasion – financially as well. That is why we guide you safely through the entire process, and you can always familiarise yourselves with our terms regarding payment, cancellation, and any changes to the number of guests.

  • Up to 3 months before the first day of the event, cancellation can be made free of charge.

  • Between 1 and 3 months before the first day of the event, 50% of the total booked amount will be charged.

  • Less than 1 month before the first day of the event, 100% will be charged.

  • However, cancellation of up to 10% of the confirmed number of participants can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the event.*

  • Cancellation, which must always be made in writing, is understood to include annulment, reduction, shortening, rescheduling, and similar significant changes in relation to the confirmation.

General cancellation terms

The discounts below apply once payment has been made for a minimum of 30 adults.

For children receiving the same celebration menu as the adults, the following menu discounts apply:

  • Children up to 3 years old are free of charge.

  • Children aged 3 to 12 receive a 50% discount.
