Meeting Room A & B

A & B is Comwell Copenhagen Portside’s largest meeting room. The room measures 422 m² and has a ceiling height of 4.3 metres, large floor-to-ceiling windows and blackout facilities. A large stage and good acoustics make it well suited to conferences, presentations and larger events, while plants and designer lighting add warmth to the spacious room.

Meeting Room C

Meeting Room C is a spacious room for small and medium-sized meetings. A green plant and a distinctive coloured wall give the room its own character, while different table layouts make it possible to adapt the setting for both presentations and discussion-based meetings. The coffee buffet and catering area are located just outside the room.

Meeting Room D

Meeting Room D is a corner room with large floor-to-ceiling windows and plenty of natural light. A navy-blue wall and a fiddle-leaf fig give the room character, while a new LED screen can be used for presentations and visual material. Its corner location and darker colour details set Meeting Room D apart from the other meeting rooms.

Meeting Room E

Meeting Room E measures 67 m² and has direct access to the terrace, making it easy for participants to step outside during breaks. Calm, earthy tones give the room a warm and understated feel, and the coffee buffet is located nearby. The room can also be darkened for presentations.

Meeting Room F

Meeting Room F measures 67 m² and has a ceiling height of 3.4 metres, creating a good sense of space. A sand-coloured wall gives the room a bright and calm feel, and there is direct access to the terrace between sessions during the day. The room can be darkened when presentations are shown on the screen.

Meeting Room G

Meeting Room G is a bright room with large windows and a fiddle-leaf fig that adds a green element to the interior. The room can be used for both meetings and private events, making it suitable for occasions that combine a professional programme with social activities. Meeting Room H

Meeting Room H is a large, almost square room measuring 207 m², with natural light and views towards the water. Moveable lamps make it possible to adapt the atmosphere of the room to the event, and the space can be used for both meetings and private events. Its location close to the restaurant is practical when the meeting programme and dining need to be closely connected.

Meeting Room M1-M8

M1–M8 consist of eight smaller meeting rooms with fixed table layouts and screens for presentations and collaboration. They are located away from the larger conference areas and are well suited to smaller meetings, group work and breakout sessions. There is also access to an outdoor courtyard close to the rooms.

M9

Meeting Room M9 is a private and more secluded meeting room with a fixed boardroom layout. A distinctive design feature is The Spanish Chair, which adds a strong element of Danish design to the room. The room also has a screen for presentations and blackout facilities, creating a private setting for smaller meetings.

One of the most popular meeting packages in Copenhagen is our full-day meeting with full board. This includes breakfast on arrival, lunch, and a delicious three-course dinner. Coffee and cold drinks are available throughout the day, and fruit and cake are provided when it suits your schedule.

If you have a long journey home or would like to take the opportunity to spend an evening together, we include an overnight stay in the meeting package. This naturally also includes our large breakfast buffet, so you are well rested and full of energy when you leave us.

For shorter meetings, we also have other meeting packages in Copenhagen. Here, you will typically be served a single meal and, as with other meeting packages, have free access to our bottle-free beverage buffet, coffee, and tea. All our meeting packages in Copenhagen are add-ons to the room, so you can combine catering with the meeting room in Nordhavn that you prefer.

At Comwell, we always have an AV technician available, so your conference, course, or seminar runs without technical problems or deficiencies. We test the equipment before all events, so everything is ready when you arrive. If you need to hold video meetings, video conferences, or the like, we ensure that video conferencing equipment is ready. We help regardless of whether it is an internal meeting or a large congress you need to hold. We can help with sound systems, projectors, large screens, microphones or something completely different.

Comwell has simple, advantageous, and flexible cancellation terms. Cancellation must always be made in writing to the hotel. Cancellation refers to total cancellation, reduction, shortening, relocation, as well as similar significant changes about the confirmation. We would like to inform you that for larger meetings and conferences with a total turnover of more than DKK 200,000, special cancellation terms apply. These are agreed upon on a case-by-case basis and will appear in the confirmation. It will always be the terms of the individual confirmation that apply. At Comwell Copenhagen Portside, we provide an open Co-Work area where you can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi as well as coffee, tea and iced water. The space is designed so that hotel guests, freelancers and business guests alike can sit side by side and work in professional yet informal surroundings. Feel free to grab a seat and work, hold a quick meeting or take a video call – without booking a meeting room.

Complimentary coffee in the Co-Work area is not available on public holidays and during holiday periods. However, water from our taps and coffee at the bar are always available.
